Shiloh has established an annual fund to support the local Community Development Plan. As part of this inspiring initiative, local communities and territorial and administrative authorities collaborate within the Local Mining Development Committee (CLDM), created under the aegis of the General Directorate of Mines and Geology, in order to build a better future.  

 At the same time, Shiloh Manganese proudly contributes to a fund intended to train engineers, geologists and specialists essential to the advancement of the mining sector in Ivory Coast.  

 Our commitment to social responsibility goes beyond legal obligations. We actively support local communities through high-impact initiatives such as:

– Vaccination and prevention campaigns against malaria.  

 – Drilling, construction and maintenance of water pumps to guarantee access to drinking water in each village.

-Rehabilitation of national and local road networks, promoting  Connections and growth.
